Course Description

Wellness 10 is a required course in order to graduate. Course content includes, but is not limited to: personal health and wellness, community and environmental health, nutrition and weight management, life skills, conflict and violence resolution and bullying prevention. Through these learning experiences, students will be provided with the skills necessary to live a healthy life.
