Course Description
Fitness 11-12 is a course dedicated to providing students with a variety of sports and physical activities that foster individual, team and life-time opportunities. Students are assessed primarily on their attendance, participation and knowledge and understanding of the various activities. A student, who attends each class, wears appropriate clothing, participants to their best ability - physically as well as socially and performs well on the various assessments - will succeed in class. The overall objective of this course is to provide students with challenging activities that will enhance their overall fitness, self-confidence and teamwork potential; to have fun and at the same time get a workout.
